The panel consists of three of Australia’s leading competition lawyers, Michael O’Bryan QC and Peter Collinson QC and Federal Court Justice Beach. This CPD seminar discusses key aspects of the review and the recommendations that were made. The panel outline an overview of the report and discuss the government’s response to the recommendations put forward. Michael O’Brian QC was one of the members of the Harper Review panel and he presents the key recommendations from the Review, such as, the proposed expansion of s 83 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. He also outlines the aims of the recommendations.
