These are the conditions subject to which The Victorian Bar Inc. (we or us) provides the website accessible from www.cpdinsession.com.au (Website). In using the Website, the user (you) agrees to the following conditions:

2. Payment is required for the purchase of, or subscription to, products available on cpdinsession.com.au

10. CPD in session reserves the right to suspend, alter or terminate its website at any time, for any reason without any liability to the user or any third party.

Limitation of liability

CPD in session’s liability to the user for loss, damage or reliance shall be limited to the re-supply of the information or services or payment of the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the website.
