This seminar, hosted by Angel Aleksov and the Migration Bar Association, boasts three experienced speakers on the area of Migration Law, each addressing areas regarding information in a tribunal proceeding. Guy Gilbert SC, a senior member of the Victorian Bar with extensive experience in Migration Law, speaks on the right to be heard before a tribunal, and how this fundamental right can be lost. Georgina Costello makes observations regarding the application of ss424A and 424AA of the Migration Act and Julia Lucas speaks on the issue of information in the tribunal’s possession which is favourable to an applicant.
