Advancing human rights claims before international fora Rishi Gulati, a member of the Victorian Bar with a practice both advising and representing clients in international law disputes has advanced claims on behalf of individuals before several international tribunals and fora, including on behalf of Baby Gammy before the UN Human Rights Committee. Rishi holds an Advanced Masters in Public International Law from Leiden University (Netherlands). Rishi also publishes in leading journals on the law of nationality and citizenship, national security law and is also a leading media commentator on international legal developments.

In this CPD, Rishi discusses the range of options that claimants may have when seeking to pursue international justice, including at the UN Committee Against Torture and the UN Human Rights Committee.
